Terms of Service
The short version
- The app is free. Use it on as many of your own devices as you like.
- It plays media you already have. It does not find, stream or supply content.
- You are responsible for having the right to the files you play, and for what you do with the editing tools.
- It comes as-is. Keep your own backups of anything you would hate to lose.
1. Agreement
By installing or using XPlusePlayer Cyberpunk ("the app"), published by ValleyLinks ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
2. What the app is
The app is an offline media player. It plays audio and video already stored on your device, or that you import yourself from your own cloud storage. It is not a streaming service, it contains no catalogue, and it provides no content of any kind. Every file it plays is one you supplied.
3. Your licence to use it
We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control. You may not sell it, rent it, or redistribute a modified copy of it as your own.
4. What you are responsible for
- Your content. You must have the right to hold and play the files you add to the app. We do not check, and we cannot know what your files are.
- Editing. The Audio Cutter can overwrite a file when you explicitly choose "replace the original". That choice is yours, and it cannot be undone from inside the app.
- Deleting. Deleting a track from the app can delete the underlying file from your device. Android will ask you to confirm when the file is not the app's to remove.
- Your account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to infringe someone else's copyright, to break the law where you live, or to attack our servers or anyone else's. Do not attempt to extract keys from the app or use them outside it.
6. Cloud services
When you import from Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox, you are using that provider under that provider's own terms. We have no control over their availability, and a provider may refuse to hand a file over — for example when the owner of a shared file has disabled downloading. That is the provider's decision, not a fault in the app.
7. Advertising
The app is free and is supported by a single native advertisement in the library list, served by Google AdMob. Interfering with the display of that ad is not permitted. See the Privacy Policy for what AdMob collects.
8. Availability and updates
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time. Updates are distributed from this website; there is no automatic update mechanism, and older versions may stop working with our server without notice.
9. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will play every file format you own.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValleyLinks is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files or media, arising from your use of the app. Keep your own backups of media you cannot replace. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is zero.
11. Ending it
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your access to the optional account service if you breach these terms. Sections 4, 9 and 10 survive.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top will change and the new version will appear here and in the app. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.
